For years, Kerri had been helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation. Brad had spent decades leading operations, solving complex business challenges, and helping grow a family-owned company from 8 trucks to more than 90. Kara brought a passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and the next generation of leadership.
As we looked at our combined strengths, we saw an opportunity to build something meaningful together - not just a business, but a legacy. A company rooted in service, driven by results, and designed to create lasting impact for clients and future generations alike.
Built to bring the right people together
Second Tide extends well beyond our founding team. Today, our network includes 42 Associates, along with additional trusted consultants, facilitators, coaches, and learning professionals we can draw on based on the needs of each engagement.
Our Associates are independent professionals who bring deep expertise from their own practices and careers across industries including technology, government, higher education, nonprofit, professional services, and more. That breadth allows us to bring together the right combination of expertise, industry perspective, and experience for the work at hand - while keeping every engagement personal, flexible, and connected.
