Brad had spent decades leading operations, solving complex business challenges, and helping grow a family-owned company from 8 trucks to more than 90. Kara brought a passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and the next generation of leadership.

As we looked at our combined strengths, we saw an opportunity to build something meaningful together—not just a business, but a legacy. A company rooted in service, driven by results, and designed to create lasting impact for clients and future generations alike.
